FAQ
-
What is the earliest I can come in for an ultrasound? Do you perform transvaginal ultrasounds?
We recommend waiting until you are at least 6-7 weeks pregnant. All of our scans are transabdominal only.
-
When can I hear baby's heartbeat?
We begin listening to baby's heartbeat with ultrasound at 13 weeks.
-
What is the best time to see baby in 3D + 4D?
We recommend scheduling your 3D + 4D packages between 28-32 weeks.
-
How do I prepare for an ultrasound?
If you're in the 1st trimester, we recommend filling your bladder to help us see baby. If you're in the 2nd or 3rd trimester, it is super important to hydrate before your appointment! Try scheduling your appointment when baby seems to be most active, as we tend to get more pictures when baby is "awake".
-
How many guests can I bring? Can children come?
We don't have a limit on number of guests! Our scanning room has a large sectional and 2 televisions for everyone to watch. Children are more than welcome to join you for your appointment. We even have some fun toys to keep them entertained!
-
What if baby doesn't cooperate?
We offer 1 free re-scan if we are unable to see baby's face or gender.
-
Do you take insurance?
We are self-pay only. We accept cash, credit, and Apple Pay.
